Managing client forms doesn’t have to be a hassle. With automatic form reminders in TravelJoy, your clients get timely nudges to complete required information—saving you time and keeping your trips on track.
Set Up Your Form Reminder Email Template
Before you can send reminders, make sure you have an email template saved for form reminders.
- Go to Settings → Email Templates.
- Edit the email template titled Form Follow-up (default). Include the language you want clients to see when they’re reminded to complete a form.
Set Up Form Reminder Notifications
To ensure clients are reminded to complete a form they received, turn on your reminder settings are enabled in your account:
- Go to Settings → Automation in the left-hand navigation menu.
- Under Trips and proposals, toggle the Form reminders setting to on, then set the number of days after sending the form and what time you'd like the reminder sent to your client.
- Lastly, select Form Follow-up (default) in the template section. You may also want to send yourself a copy of the reminder and/or mark the reminder task as complete by checking the appropriate boxes.
Set Up Form Reminders Per Form
In addition to account-level settings, you can also set reminders for each form individually when you send it.
- When you send a form, you’ll see an option to enable or adjust reminders for that specific form.
- If you have the automation enabled on your account, this option will be turned on by default.
- You can customize or turn off reminders for that specific form without changing your overall account settings.
