Introduction
TravelJoy offers the ability to import hotels on your smart proposal or itinerary! This allows you to search for the property name and automatically import a comprehensive description about the hotel property, location, and any photos that are available.Â
Follow these steps to automate your content:Â
1. Create a smart proposal or itinerary. If you're unsure how, see this guide for instructions.Â
2. Click "Add item" and choose the "Lodging" item:
3. Type in the name of the property in the search and select the hotel from the dropdown:
That's it! Your hotel is automatically added for you. From here, you can edit the description to your liking, choose which photos you would like to keep, and add the specifics for your clients.

Pictures are not populating for me only description
When it imports the pictures it is sometimes way too many. (I may not need 27 photos of a hotel). The problem is that there is no way to efficiently delete the ones you don't want. Only one-by-one. It really needs a bulk delete feature to mark and remove the ones you don't need.
Also, a way to see them in a size bigger than thumbnail to help you decide which to keep.

Beatriss Willis There are times when pictures aren't able to be populated if we do not access to them. The good news is that you can still upload pictures to the item even when imported!Â
Loving the organization and responsive nature of TravelJoy! I book Disney and Universal Orlando more than anywhere else. The resort descriptions are inacurate for most of those properties and the photos are fairly out of date. It takes time each day to corrrect items claiming indoor pools and elevators, etc., each time a new resort is booked. Is there a timeline for refreshing the descriptions on hotels? How often do those updates occur? Thanks again for an excellent customer management system!
