Introduction
The team library now enables you to share itinerary and proposal items with your team, helping everyone stay consistent and avoid duplicate work. You can add an item to the team library from the library templates tab on your dashboard or while editing the item within your smart proposal or itinerary.
Share an item with your team from the library templates tab
When adding an item through the library templates tab, you can select the option to share the item with team members by checking the box entitled "Share template with team members" in the bottom right corner:
Once saved, the team icon will appear next to the item's name within the library:
The template will appear to your team members under the "Team Library" tab:
💡Note: Only templates created by other team members and shared with the team will be displayed in the Team Library tab. Items you have created and shared with your team will not appear here. |
Share an item with your team from a proposal or itinerary
Once you have created an item within a proposal or itinerary and saved it to your library, you can then locate the item within your library and click the edit icon:
Once the editing screen is open, you can select the option to share the item with team members by checking the box entitled "Share template with team members" in the bottom right corner:
Once saved, your team members will be able to access your shared item while viewing their library within a smart proposal or itinerary:
