Your agency can create a TravelJoy team to unlock shared templates, teamwide commission reporting, trip collaboration, and lower membership rates for individual team members. This also enables owners to have full access to the accounts of all team members.
Note: TravelJoy team membership is only available to verifiable employees or independent contractors of the owner's agency.
You may find yourself in one of three scenarios when you receive an email from your agency owner inviting you to join the team. Below, learn how to proceed in any of those three scenarios:
For non-members
If you are not a current TravelJoy member, clicking the link will take you to a signup page where you'll agree with the team member terms and enter your account details, such as your email address and password.
For members
If you are currently enjoying a free trial or paid membership, clicking the link (while logged in) will take you to a page where you can read and agree with team member terms and verify that you wish to become a member of the team.
Depending upon the settings used by your agency owner, this may or may not involve reentering your payment information.
