When you create a task, you can assign it to a team member and they’ll receive an email notification. Tasks can be managed from a trip’s Tasks tab or from the Tasks tab in your dashboard. Once assigned, team members can edit the task, mark it as complete, or reassign it if needed. To get started, you must have at least one team member added to your account.

You can assign a task from Trip's task tab or the Tasks tab in your TravelJoy dashboard. When editing the task, look for the field entitled "Assignee":
Once the task is saved, you will see the assigned Team member appear within that task:
The team member will then receive an email notification letting them know a task has been assigned to them:
