You can securely collect a client's credit card details and a signed authorization by sending the client an authorization form. An authorization form can be a quick way to secure a reservation or collect an unexpected add-on payment.
You'll send it like any other form, from the blue Create button. When the client submits the form, you'll find the authorization as an attachment in the trip's message feed.

💡 Note: Sending a supplier invoice is usually preferred because it gives advisor and client options, such as:

Sending a Credit Card Authorization Form:
Click "Create" > "Form"
Once you've opened your trip from the dashboard or search box, use the blue "create" button and select "Form" from the dropdown menu
Select "Credit Card Authorization"Â
On the next page you will be prompted to choose the form template, here you will select your credit card authorization form from the list of templates.
Click "Next: Review Email"
Once clicked you will be prompted to review the message being sent. You can either change the default language here by editing your Credit Card Authorization Email template under "Templates" > "Emails" or manually update the language on a one-time basis. Once done, click the "Send" button to send the from to your clientÂ
