    Hi Thomas and Catherine!

    My first suggestion here would be to switch the client to keep and the client to merge and try again. You'll see a preview of the combined profile before accepting the change.

    If you still get the error when trying that option, please submit a support request with the client's name and a screenshot of the error, via the blue Support button, and we'll take a closer look!

    I didn't even know merging existed.  Is there a way for an existing client to sign into a group with their existing profile?
