Client files can be added manually and stored within your client's profile card for easy access. You can upload them directly to the client's profile card under the "Files" tab.

| 💡 IMPORTANT: Credit card images or details must not be stored in the client files tab. Credit card details should be collected and stored using a PCI-compliant credit card authorization form or supplier invoice. Credit card images or details uploaded to the client files tab will be removed. |
To get started, locate your client's profile card by typing in their name in the search bar at the top of your dashboard, from their trip, or from the Clients tab.
Once you have located your client and opened their profile, navigate to the "Files" tab to upload your document:

Once uploaded, you can rename, download, or delete a file by locating the "..." in to top right of the file:
