If your client's destination requires proof of COVID-19 vaccination, you can collect this via your forms and store the image on their client profile.
Uploading a vaccine card to a client profile
If you already have access to a client's vaccine card image, you can upload it to the client's profile by visiting the "Vaccine Info" tab and dropping the image in the box provided, near the bottom of the tab:

Even better, you can add a field to any new or existing form that will allow your client to securely upload their vaccine card, and the photo will automatically be saved on their profile. To get started, visit Templates -> Forms and open a new or existing form template.
In the form editing area, find "Client COVID-19 Vaccine Card Photo" on the right and drag it into your form:
Be sure to click Save when you are done editing your form.
Find, open, replace, or delete a client's vaccine card
On the client profile, click the "Vaccine Info" tab and scroll down. Here, if you find a dashed-line box asking you to upload a vaccine card, this means a vaccine card is not on file for the client.
However, if you find a link to a file, this is the vaccine card photo.
You can take the following actions:
Open: Click the file to open the image in a new tab
Replace: Click the three dots at the top-right and click "Replace" to upload a replacement vaccine card
Delete: Click the three dots at the top-right and click "Delete" to delete the existing vaccine card
