Securely share client passport details with your suppliers

Overview

TravelJoy provides a secure and easy way to send passport details to suppliers to store for bookings without phone calls or physical documents. Collect your client's passport details by sending them a form to collect their passport photo. 

Once you receive this, send the passport details to your supplier through their client profile by heading to the Passport info tab and clicking on "Share passport with supplier": 

Then, select a supplier contact from the dropdown or type in a new supplier's information to add. Pick an expiration date for the details, and add an optional message before sharing with the supplier:

The supplier does not need a TravelJoy membership -- they'll receive simple instructions to log in or create an account and view the passport details.
