Hi Amanda, can you share the link to the page on your website where you pasted the embed code?

Hello, is there a way to embed a group booking page on our business website so that clients can make the booking without having to actually leave my website?

Hi Shantel, it is not possible to embed a booking page on your website as booking pages collect sensitive information and must be hosted on our secure site.

I'm unable to add source code to my wix site menu. Is a web address available?

Hi Mary! This guide details how to embed a form on Wix: https://support.wix.com/en/article/wix-editor-embedding-a-site-or-a-widget

Thank you, this Wix page linked no longer works

This was a typo, Mary -- I accidentally included a space at the end of the link. Oops!

The link has been updated and is now working properly :)

In my case, I think the problem is that I currently have the form as a link from my menu. My prior CRM provided a web address. The iframe is not an option unless you're adding it to the main page. It can't be used on a menu or drop down menu from what I can see.

I adjusted my site so that I can accommodate embedding the form.

How do I embed this on Canva? Created a design and want to add hyperlink to client form but when i copied and pasted it didn't do anything.

Hi Kathleen! We recommend reviewing the documentation from your website builder for instructions, as these can vary greatly from one builder to the next.

You may wish to search their knowledge base for "iFrame" or "HTML Block" to find the relevant instructions.

Is there a way to embed the form with credit card authorization and terms and conditions?  I get a error message:

    Signatures not supported

Embedded forms do not support signatures or credit card authorization.

Hi Diamond! The message that you've shared here is correct -- for security reasons, signatures and credit card authorizations cannot be used on embedded forms.

We've updated the guide to address this. Thanks for sharing your question!

Hi Alan, is there anyway to add the add traveler drop down option directly to your website to collect multiple travelers details at one time? Or, is this functionality only available when sending your client inquiry form directly through TravelJoy? Thank you!

Hi Mallory! The Add Traveler button only works when sending forms to the client via a trip, because it adds the traveler to the same trip that the form was sent from.

On the embedded version, each time the form is filled out, a new trip is created. However, there's a quick workaround here -- if your two clients fill out the embedded form twice, you can merge the two trips into one: Merge two trips into a single trip

Hi Alan! Quick question, I already have a TJ inquiry form embedded on my website. If I edit that form in TJ, will it automatically update the embedded form on my website or will I get a new source code that has to be put into my website? Thank you!!!

Hi Heidi! It will automatically be updated in the situation you've described!

I am having the same issue someone had several months ago. Linktree says the URL is invalid.

    Hi Shae

    Thank you for reaching out!

It's important to note that Linktree does not allow embedding frames directly into their pages. In order to add the form to your Linktree, the form must first "live" somewhere on the internet. This will require embedding the form on a website.

Once embedded on a website, you can use the URL connected to the page as the link in Linktree.

    Hope this helps! :)

how can a embed the form to webador?

  • Alan

Hi Albirdia! This guide from Webador covers your question. Specifically, the section "Add your own HTML code" shows you how to add our embed code to your site.

Note that this is third-party content provided by Webador, and the link above may not work permanently. If it does not, we recommend reaching out to Webador directly, as these instructions vary from one website builder to another.

How can I share links for forms to be added to my website without having to do the embedded code?

    0
  • Alan

Hi JaQuez! In order to have a shareable link to your form, it must first be embedded somewhere, as this is what determines the link.

For example, if you add the embedded code to a page at your website such as jaquezgilliardtravel.com/new-inquiry, that would be the link that you can share elsewhere, such as social media.

I am having trouble adding the embedded code to my Wix site. It is unclear if I should place the code in the head, body-start or body-end. None of them seem to place the form in the middle of the page. Can anyone else who has Wix let me know? Thanks

Hi Aimee! I took a look at Wix’s support articles and found the following guide that may help you out: https://support.wix.com/en/article/wix-editor-embedding-a-site-or-a-widget#adding-an-embed (Please note that you’ll need to be in the website builder in order to complete this process)

    Hi Lena!

I see this guide from a WordPress help site: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-easily-embed-iframe-code-in-wordpress/

It may be best to reach out to their support team for assistance directly, as this process works differently for each of the many site building tools out there.

Is it possible to make the form background transparent so that it embeds seamlessly onto my site?
