TravelJoy allows you to collect an electronic signature from your clients. This can be helpful when you require the client to sign a travel services agreement or contract.
There are two steps to creating an agreement:
1. Add your terms or contract language to a Terms & Conditions template (see how to do this here)
2. Add that template to a signature form, which is described below
Add your terms and conditions to a signature form
Letβs say you've created a Terms & Conditions template called "TravelJoy Trip Planning Terms & Conditions" and you'll be sending this to clients as your standard travel services agreement. Follow these steps to add the terms to the signature form:
1. Click Templates -> Forms
2. Click on the Travel Services Agreement form (or a custom form that you've created)
3. If the box for "Require client signature" is not checked, check it now
4. Click the drop-down menu for Terms & Conditions
5. Choose your customized Terms & Conditions template from the list
5. Click Save. Your customized Terms & Conditions will appear with this form any time you use the form
