TravelJoy offers three default Terms and Conditions templates that can be customized to fit your agency’s needs. These templates are automatically applied when sending agreements, direct invoices, or supplier invoices to clients. You also have the option to create custom templates.
Only one set of terms and conditions can be attached to a form or invoice. If you need to include both your terms and a supplier's, you should combine them into a single template.
Create or edit your terms and conditions
1. Click Templates -> Terms & Conditions
2. If you are updating a current template, select it from the list. For a new template, click Add Template
3. Enter a template name. Use something that helps you differentiate this template from the others.
4. Enter or copy/paste your own Terms & Conditions:
5. Click “Save”
