Profile Update Forms help you stay up to date on your client's information and preferences.
Send clients a form and they can see their existing information, update information that has changed, and return the form digitally. Their responses update your Client Profile cards automatically.
You can also use Profile Update Forms to re-engage with a client.
1. Open a client profile card
2. You can see the last time the client updated their information
3. Click "Send Profile Update Form"
Note: if you do not see the button to "Send Profile Update Form," it is likely because you have not entered an email address for the client. Double-check that you have an email address on the client profile card.
4. Preview of the form
- If you send the profile update form from the "Contacts" tab, the photo on the form will be your default cover photo. See this guide to learn how to change your default cover photo.
- If you send the profile update form from within a trip, the photo on the form will be your trip cover photo
5. Click "Next: Review Email" and review your email
6. Once the client fills out the form, they will see a confirmation page
7. You will receive notice of the updated form by email and in your TravelJoy messages.
Voila! The data will auto-populate in your Client Profile.
