Forms are questionnaires and any other type of document that has fields for clients to fill out and return. You can edit one of our default forms to make it fit your planning. You can also create a new form template.
1. Navigate to Templates → Forms
2. Click on one of the default forms, such as the "Client Inquiry (default)" form
3. Your toolkit for various field types is on the right. Add desired fields by dragging them into the desired order, editing, and saving
From here, you'll have a few editing options:
Edit existing fields by hovering over the field and clicking the "pencil" icon:
Delete fields by clicking the "X":
Hide fields from client view by clicking the "Eye" icon with a strike through:
Duplicate fields by clicking the "Copy" icon:
Once all changes have been made, be sure to save your work before exiting!
