To switch between your account and a team member's account in TravelJoy, click your name in the top-right corner of the dashboard. This action reveals a dropdown menu where you can select "Sign in" next to the desired team member's name. Upon selection, you'll be redirected to that team member's dashboard, allowing you to act on their behalf.
Sign in as your team member
1. Click your name at the top right corner of TravelJoy
2. Select "Sign In (team member's name)":

Returning to your account
1. Click the team member's name in the top-right corner of their dashboard
2. Select "Switch back to (your name)"Â

💡 When signed in as a team member, you'll be acting on their behalf. Messages sent and changes made will be attributed to them. A red notification at the top of the screen will display to let you know when you are impersonating a team member: Chris Owner is acting on behalf of Chris Eyesee |
