Instead of sending the same form to several travelers (or sending one very long form to collect several travelers' information at once), TravelJoy lets the primary traveler fill out a form multiple times -- once for each member of their trip -- so that the responses are properly synced up with each traveler's unique profile.
For example, let's say you want to a head of household to fill out passport information for their spouse and children. Here's how you'd do that:
- Send the form to the head of household (primary traveler)
- The head of household submits his/her form first, then clicks Submit
- The head of household clicks "Add Traveler" on the confirmation page
- The head of household completes the form for Traveler 2
- Repeat for as many travelers as needed
Here's a more detailed look at how you would accomplish this:
- Use an existing form, or create your form template to be filled out by one person at a time (this will enable it to correctly automatically update each traveler's Client Profile)
2. Open a trip
3. Select the blue "Create" button and click "Form"
4. Select the form you created or edited and a recipient from the list of travelers
4. Click "Preview" to review the form
5. Click "Next: Review Email"
6. Click "Send"
Once your head of household completes the form for themselves, they will be able to click "Add Traveler" on the submission confirmation page.
The primary traveler can "Add Traveler" as many times as needed.
The responses will come one at a time (as they fill them out), and the travelers' profiles will be automatically created and added to this trip.
That's it! No more sending out the same form multiple times to collect each traveler's information.

Hi Tiffany! This is the way the forms are all built -- no action is necessary to make the forms work in this way. Thanks for the question!
Hi Tiffany! To fix this, you must uncheck the box that states "Require client credit card authorization."
Credit card authorization forms do not show the "Add Traveler" button, as these are designed primarily to collect payment from the primary traveler.
For any further questions about this, I do recommend using the blue Support button at the bottom-right corner of the page to reach out to our support team. Thanks!
What an amazing and innovative idea! Here I was assuming I had to do something to make this magic happen and found this article confirming that you all did the magic for me. Thanks!!!Â
So do you recommend we send a separate form to also get the credit card information?
