Download a PDF of an invoice, itinerary, or proposal

If you would like to download a Smart proposal, itinerary, or invoice as a PDF to print, navigate to the trip's Files tab the locate the desired document you wish to download. From here, click the three dots in top right corner of the file then select the “Save ______ as pdf” option:

Invoice:

The document will likely save to your browser's downloads folder. You can access it from there.
