To resend a receipt for any completed payment, open the invoice from the Files tab of your trip and scroll to the payment schedule. To the right of each payment, you'll see different options depending upon the payment status.
For the payments in "Paid" status, you can click the paper icon to view and resend that specific receipt, or the down arrow to download a PDF version of the receipt.
💡 Note: To send a "paid in full" receipt, choose the final payment in the schedule. |
While viewing the receipt, you can click "Send receipt" to send a copy to your client's email address on file.

Hi Ronald! Right now we do not have the ability to customize receipts, but I agree that would be a great feature! I have passed on your suggestion to the team and tagged it with your name. 😊
Can we sent the receipt to another traveler? It automatically goes to the primary traveler even if they are not the name listed on the credit card.Â

Hi Natohya! At this time, the receipt will be sent to the client linked to the payment. That said, you can download the receipt as a PDF and share this! I've been sure to make note of this request so I can share with our team!
Can we edit the payment receipt to something other than "thanks for your payment"?Â
