Once your client authorizes a credit card payment, their credit card details are securely stored within TravelJoy. There are a few ways to access these details, as well as the signed authorization if needed.Â
Client Profile
From the trip, navigate to the Travelers section, find the correct client, and expand their details. There, you’ll see their credit card authorization displayed in blue. Click it to open their profile where you can view their credit card information:
Messages Tab
You can also locate the client's authorization or invoice response in the trip Messages tab for a trip and click the "Payment Info" box.Â
On the Supplier Invoice
If a client has multiple cards on file, clicking the credit card icon on the invoice will automatically display the card they authorized for a particular payment.
To get started, go to the trip's Files tab and locate the invoice file. Once the invoice is opened, scroll down to the payment schedule and click the credit card icon by the payment that the client most recently authorized:
Locating a signed authorization
Looking for your client’s signed authorization? This can be done by locating the email containing the authorization in the trip Messages tab (seen above) or from the trip Files tab.Â
From the trip files tab, locate the invoice where the authorization was completed, click the “...” menu on that file, and select "Payment authorizations":
