There are three locations where a client's payment information can be securely obtained.
Client Profile
The first location is the client profile. Click on Clients in the left-side navigation menu, then type your client's name in the search bar. From there, click the credit card icon:
From there, click on Show Card to see the payment information:
Messages Tab
You can also locate the client's authorization or invoice response in the Messages tab for a trip and click the "Payment Info" box. This works exactly like clicking the icon on the client profile:
On the Supplier Invoice
The most convenient way to grab this data is from the invoice itself. If a client has multiple cards on file, clicking the credit card icon on the invoice will automatically display the card they authorized for a particular payment.
To get started, go to the trip's Files tab and click on the invoice to open it:
Then, scroll down to the payment schedule and click the credit card icon by the payment that the client most recently authorized:
