Plans change, and updating a trip's details in TravelJoy will be necessary from time to time. The following information can be edited using this guide:
- Name of trip
- Adding, removing, or moving the trips between groups
- Primary and additional travelers
- Confirmation numbers
- Trip start and end dates
- Trip photo
- Whether to copy additional travelers by default
- A few more items (such as destination and budget)
To get started, go to the trip page and locate the button with three dots, which sits to the left of the blue "Create" button. Click the three dots and choose the "Edit Trip" option.

From here, most changes will be self-explanatory. Be sure to click "Save" when complete.
A few notes on updating the traveler names:
- If you're making an additional traveler the new primary traveler, you must also remove them from the "Additional Travelers" section
- If you're changing the primary traveler, any invoices or forms attached to the original primary traveler will still be assigned to them​
