Important note: A small number of members have access to a closed beta experience for team templates. If you see "Team" and "Private" tabs when visiting your form and email template pages, you have received the update and should visit this guide instead: Create and use Team Templates
When a team member shares a template with you, you can find it in your "Team Templates" tab.
1. Click "Templates" > [the type of template your teammate shared (e.g., Task Lists)]
2. Click "Team Templates" (the page will automatically load with "My Templates")
3. You may preview the template
4. Click "Add To My Templates" to add it to your personal list of templates
Key sharing tips:
- Only the template creator may change a shared template
- When you share a template and then edit it after sharing, your teammates will need to re-add it to their templates to accept the changes (an "Update Template" feature is coming soon!)
- If you share a template attached to another template (e.g., a Form Template with an associated Email Template), both will be shared
- If you add to your templates a template attached to another template, it will copy in both templates
