Adding or removing additional travelers on a trip is easy! To do so, follow the steps below:
1. Open the desired trip
2. Within the trip, locate the "Edit Travelers" button
3. Type in the name of an existing traveler into the "Additional travelers" field, or to remove a traveler, click the "X" to the left of their name in this list
| 💡 Note: Choose whether to "Cc additional travelers on trip emails by default" and click "Save" |
4. If you need to add a new traveler to the trip, click "Create new"
5. Enter the first name, last name, and email of the new client
5. Click "Add"
6. Click "Save" and the new client will be added to the trip. They will also be added to your client list on the "Clients" tab
| 💡 Pro tip: Once the new client has been added, send them a Profile Update Form to fill in key details and they will be automatically updated to the Client Profile. |

Is there a way for the client to add additional travelers?
