You can publish a group form for a group that already has trips established in order to collect information from everyone at once. To publish a group form for an established group, use the "Create" button and then select "Group Form" from. Choose the desired form from your saved templates, click "Next", then select "Save (publish)" to generate a unique link for the form. You can access this link anytime by visiting the “Group Files” tab, clicking the “…” menu next to the form, and selecting "Get form link". This is now ready to share with your clients in the group!
Detailed instructions to publish your Group Form
1. Open the group. If it is an existing group, make sure to click the "All Travelers" tab
2. Click the blue "Create…" button and select "Group Form" from the menu that appears below:
3. Select the form you want to publish from your saved form templates using the dropdown menu on this page:
4. Click “Next..” in the top right corner and choose “Save (publish)” on the menu that appears:
5. If “Save (publish)” is selected, a unique link will appear on your screen:
Access your group form after publishing
You can access this link at any time by visiting the “Group Files” tab, locating the form, clicking the “…” menu in the top right section of the file, and selecting “Get form link”:
