| 💡 Trips cannot be moved into, out of, or between groups if direct invoices have been created or if the trip was created from a group booking page. |
If you've already created an individual trip, you can move it in or out of a group in just a few steps.
First, open the trip you want to move in or out of the group, then click the three dots to the left of the blue "Create" button and choose "Edit Trip" as seen below:
Next, locate the "Group" dropdown menu:
Move this trip into a group
To move the trip into a group, choose that group from the dropdown list and click "Save." That's it!
Move this trip out of a group
To move the trip out of the group, click the small "X" to the right side of the group name in the dropdown list. This will delete the group name from the top box in the dropdown list. Click "Save" to confirm.

💡Note: If you already chose a trip photo and details, those will not be overwritten when moving into the group. To change those details to match the group, click "..." > "Edit trip" to update the photo, adjust the trip name or dates, etc. |

how do you now create a group booking link

Unable to move my already paid service fee invoice into a newly created group as other family members on separate invoices wish to join the trip. Â Please advise how to turn on funds for the group so I can move my invoice into it.
