    Yes i booked 1 from the inventory as a test for the first time. now im trying to cancel the whole package. its not letting me. how do i do that?

    Hi Michelle! Great question. It is not possible to delete a package after someone has booked through it. You can set the "Available Until" date for the package on the page to be in the past, which will prevent clients from being able to book using that package! :)

    I need to be able to have a maximum number of room quantity "for the group booking page" like the title says....whereas the answer refers to max per package. 

    Use case: Packages used for different price categories of the same room time: Early Bird Pricing, Standard Pricing, Last minute Pricing. There are a total of 25 rooms available, full stop, If 10 people book the trip using the Early Bird Package, then there are only 15 rooms available to be purchased at the Standard Price Package. If 10 more people book the group trip at the Standard Price Package, when the Last MInute Pricing Package kicks in (after the Standard Pricing Package expires), there would only be 5 rooms left to buy at that price. 

    Currently, there is no correlation between the max available from package to package. 

    I assume I have to make sure I do the math manually and update the Max Available on each package righ before it goes live? That's pretty dangerous considering the implications of someone booking a room that isn't really available ... or worse tons of people do on a super popular trip and you have to issue all those REQUIRED - CAN'T TURN IT OFF - CAN'T MAKE IT $0.00 DEPOSIT!! .. which costs us .,. ??

    Hi Matthew,

    Thank you for the feedback. I understand the confusion around the title. Our intent with the title is to point out that this feature is only available on group booking pages, not that the feature counts the total number of rooms across the full group booking page. 

    You're correct that the inventory feature is handled on a per-package basis, and not across multiple packages. I've shared your feature request with the team for further discussion.
