There are two ways to manually add a new trip to your group: you can either add a trip directly to the group, or add one using a group booking page to help track rooming lists and inventory.
If you have already created a trip and just need to move it into the group, check out this guide.
Add a trip to a group (without a group booking page)

Once you've created your group, adding trips is a snap. Simply click the "+" plus sign at the top left of the screen. Once opened, you can add your client's details (from your client list or by using the "Create new" link), edit trip details, and save your changes by clicking the blue "Create trip" button:

If you have created a group booking page for your group, you can manually add a trip to your group while still ensuring the trip is counted in your package inventory and rooming lists.
To add a trip through your group booking page manually, start by navigating to the Group status tab for that group. From there, locate the "Add traveler" button.
Next, you'll select the primary traveler from your contact list (or add a new client), choose their package, and select their room:
Once you've completed your selections, be sure to click the blue "Save" button to add this trip to your group!
