You are able to delete trips, clients, and supplier contacts if needed. We recommend archiving these details whenever possible, rather than deleting, as deleted information cannot be restored.
Deleting a trip
To delete a specific trip, open that trip and click the three dots to the left of the blue Create button, then click "Delete trip", as seen below:

Deleting a client
| 💡 Note: Clients cannot be deleted if they still have trips, messages, or forms in the system. Supplier contacts also cannot be deleted if they still have trip messages. Any related trips or messages will need to be deleted before that client or supplier can be deleted. |
Once a client has no trips associated with their profile, delete the client by visiting the Contacts tab and finding the client in you contact list. Then click the "trash can" icon beside their name:
Archiving a client
Archiving a client allows you to keep your client's data (including trips, messages, and form responses) intact without having them show within your active contacts tab.
To archive a client, locate and click the black "file box" icon on your client's contact within the Contacts tab:
To unarchive a client, locate and click on the "Archived" tab within the Contacts tab. From here, navigate to the archived client profile and click on the black "file box" icon once more to add the client back into your active contact list:
Deleting a supplier
Once the supplier no longer has trip messages present in the system, delete the supplier by visiting the Suppliers page and finding the supplier in the list, then clicking the trash can beside their name as seen below:
