Never miss a special occasion email again! You can automate birthday, anniversary, and passport expiration emails to your clients easily from the Client reminders tab within your dashboard.
Start with templates
Start by creating a custom email template specifically for birthdays, anniversaries, and passport expirations. This will ensure that each message feels warm and intentional when sent to your clients. You can include custom details such as the client’s first name by using merge fields, a special message, and even special offers if you’d like.
Open the Client Reminders tab
Navigate to the Client reminders tab located under Marketing within your dashboard:
Customize your settings
You can navigate between birthdays, anniversaries, and passport expirations using the associated tab at the top of the page to manage the settings for each event type:
Then use the automated email section to turn on the automation, choose which email template you'd like to send, when the email will be triggered, and at what time:
You can also manage, individually, which clients receive this automated message by using the "Automated marketing email" toggle:
Not automating an email to a client? Send individual emails by using the mail icon to start drafting and send your message:

💡 Note: Birthday, anniversary, and passport reminder emails are sent by TravelJoy’s system, not through your email account. If you have connected your Google email, these messages won’t appear in your sent folder. |
