OverviewÂ
Start by creating a custom email template specifically for birthdays, anniversaries, and passport expirations. This will ensure that each message feels warm and intentional when sent to your clients. You can include custom details such as the client’s first name by using merge fields, a special message, and even special offers if you’d like.
To get started, head to your Templates section and create a new email template. You can learn more about how to create and format email templates here.
Set up automated emails
Click on the Important Dates tab under Contacts to view the Automated Marketing Email panel. Click the Birthdays, Anniversaries, or Passport expirations tab and toggle the setting to "On."
Next, set the template to the email template you created in the dropdown menu. Lastly, set the time of day you'd like the email sent to your clients.Â
Customize your settings
If there are certain clients that you do not wish to send automated emails to, you can disable their emails by switching the toggle next to their name to "Off." The date in the Next Email column shows when the client's email is scheduled to be sent.
If you'd like to send a Client Message, you can do that right from the automated email panel by clicking the envelope icon.Â
