Create your discount code
Discount codes allow you to offer your clients an ongoing, fixed-dollar or percentage discount on their final price when booking through a Group booking page. To create a discount code, go to Step 2: Pricing while editing your Group booking page, then scroll to the bottom to find the “Add Discount Code” button:
Once clicked, a pop up will appear allowing you to create your code, select a fixed amount or percentage for your discount, as well as an expiration date (if desired):
Once saved, your code will display within the discount code section and be ready for use:
You can edit or delete this code at any time when editing the Group booking page.
How clients apply the code
At any time after selecting their package and prior to completing checkout, the client may choose to enter their discount code by clicking the "Enter discount code" link in the pricing area:
| 💡 Discount codes are applied to the balance after deposit, and therefore the remaining balance must be more than the value of the discount code in order for the code to be applied. |
Tracking code usage
Discount codes will show in your Commission & Sales reporting on the "Payments" tab:
If you are unable to find this, make sure your filters for the report (located in the top right) are updated accordingly.

Is there a maximum number of discount codes that can belong to a single booking page. I want to offer clients a referral program and planned on using the discount codes to keep track of this.
