Overview
This guide is the third of a three-part series covering everything about groups, group booking pages, and managing bookings. Within each guide, you'll find a number of "Learn more" links, which will dive deeper into individual features. Introduction
In previous steps, you've created your group and published your group booking page. As clients book and pay deposits, you'll need to track all of that information and keep each client's booking up-to-date.

Group booking page stats
At the top of the Group Status page, you'll find total bookings, travelers, sales, and commission numbers. This summary is based on the group booking page for this group. If you have more than one GBP in a given group, you will be able to select the page you'd like to track from the dropdown at the top-right corner.
Manage group
This page, also called the "group booking manager," is where you'll track and make changes to your bookings and the travelers that make up those bookings. It contains two tabs:
- By traveler: Track and edit each individual traveler's booking details
- By room: Track and edit the details of entire booked trips
By traveler
Details
This tab contains a number of details about each individual traveler booked via the group booking page:
- Traveler
- Room (contains room type and room number -- both will match for roommates)
- Nights booked
- Add ons (known as "extra options" on the group booking page)
- Payment status (learn more about this)
- Date registered
Actions
You can take a number of actions to update each traveler's booking:
- Click the suitcase to be taken to the traveler's trip
- Click the dollar sign to be taken to the invoice for the traveler
- Click the action menu (three dots) to see additional options
Edit traveler details
When you click the three dots and choose "Edit," you'll be able to make the following changes:
- Change the package (room type) for this traveler (Learn more)
- Change the specific room that this traveler is in (Learn more)
- Change who is paying for this traveler's trip (Learn more)
- Change which trip (in TravelJoy) this traveler will be placed in
Cancel traveler's reservation
You can also choose to cancel this individual traveler's booking without affecting any roommates. Learn more.
By group
Details
This tab contains a number of details about each room booked via the group booking page:
- Room (contains room type and room number, based on inventory)
- Travelers (shows all travelers booked in the same room)
- Nights booked
Actions
You can take a number of actions to update each booked room:
- Click the suitcase to be taken to the primary traveler's trip
- Click the dollar sign to be taken to the invoice for the primary traveler
- Click the action menu (three dots) to see additional options
Edit room details
When you click the three dots and choose "Edit," you'll be able to make the following changes:
- Change the package (room type) for this booking (Learn more)
- Change the occupancy rate, which may affect pricing (Learn more)
- Change the travel dates for the room (Learn more)
Cancel booked room
You can also choose to cancel this entire booking. Learn more.
View payments
In addition to the "Payment status" column on the "By traveler" tab, you can track group-related invoices and payments on the "View payments" tab. This tab includes trips and invoices that were created manually, outside of a group booking page. Learn more.
