Add Trusted Traveler Number to client profile

The best place to add a client's Trusted Traveler number is under Loyalty Programs on their Client Profile.

To access the client's profile, click on the Contacts tab, then click the edit icon (blue pencil) by their name:

From there, click on the Loyalty Programs tab and type the name of the program into the left column, followed by the client's unique number in the right column:

You can add multiple loyalty numbers by clicking the blue "Add loyalty program" link if needed.

Once you've added the needed numbers- remember to click save!
