You've already learned how to publish a group form and the basics of how to send a group form. Here are a few advanced things you can do:
Turn a lead into a group plan
Use the group form to start with a lead and automatically add new client profiles and trips
- Publish your group form, including any details about the trip you may already know
Note: you could duplicate the "Client Inquiry Form Template" and add group-specific information and questions - Send the link any way you like to your prospect and/or other leads in the same group
- Each new form response will create a new trip within the group and a new Client Profile card in your contacts
Create a registration form and signed agreement in one

Add a signature to the Client Inquiry form to create a group registration form and signed agreement in one

- Open the template for your group form
- Click "See Advanced Options"
- Check the box for "Require client signature" and select the Terms & Conditions you'd like to use
- Publish the form, send the link, and all clients will have completed a client inquiry and a signed agreement in a single form
