When some group travelers don't respond to a group form, you can resend the form from the "Group Files" tab by clicking the three-dot action menu for that form and selecting "Send All..." or "Send Individually," depending on your needs.
Find your group file
Open your group from the dashboard or by searching the group name in the search bar. From here, open the "Group Files" tab and click the three-dot action menu button for your form.Â
Resend the form
Once you’ve opened the action menu, you can choose “Send All…” or “Send Individually”:

When “Send All…” is selected, you’ll be prompted to review the email accompanying the file prior to it being sent to all travelers within the group. You’ll be able to choose your preferred email template, and customize it accordingly:
If you so choose, you can customize each email for each traveler using the “Send Individually…” button in the bottom right-hand side of this pop-up.
Send Individually
Selecting “Send Individually” from the “…” menu will allow you to select the specific traveler you’d like to send to from a menu that appears:
You’ll then be prompted to customize the email that accompanies your file prior to clicking “Send”:
