Introduction
If your trip was booked via a group booking page, you can visit the Group Status page to cancel the entire booking or one traveler's portion of the booking, as seen in this guide.
For trips that were created manually, please refer to our best practices for cancelling trips.
Cancel a booked room
On the "By room" tab, find the room that will be cancelled and click the action button (three dots) to the right of that room. In the dropdown list, choose "Cancel."
This will expire any invoices and place any packages and add-ons back into your inventory.
Cancel one traveler's reservation
On the "By traveler" tab, find the traveler's reservation that will be cancelled and click the action button (three dots) to the right of that traveler. In the dropdown list, choose "Cancel."
This will either expire their invoice or remove the traveler's package from their roommate's invoice depending upon who was set to pay for the traveler.

If I cancel before the bank draft hits what happens? Should I wait to cancel until I receive their funds? This is a non-refundable trip.

If you need to cancel a booking while a payment is pending to you, this will not cancel the payment and it will still deposit into the indicated location; either your bank account or Funds balance.Â
i was not trying to cancel anything  I deleted a booking b\page can it be retrieved? it took me weeks to make the booking page.

I'm not sure this is the correct route for my question. My clients did not go on the trip, hence they cancelled and received a travel credit. Now they are no longer with the group yet traveling outside of the group. How do I pull them out of the group into their own trip?

I have a supplier (Royal Caribbean) processing a refund for a cancelled booking in my group. How do i process the refund for this booking without touching the availble funds in the "Trip funds" for the group?
