    Hello.  Is this still accurate?  I tried to follow the steps and I dont see a 'cancel booking' button.

    If I cancel before the bank draft hits what happens? Should I wait to cancel until I receive their funds? This is a non-refundable trip.

    Hi J'Metria!

    If you need to cancel a booking while a payment is pending to you, this will not cancel the payment and it will still deposit into the indicated location; either your bank account or Funds balance.

    i was not trying to cancel anything   I deleted a booking b\page can it be retrieved?  it took me weeks to make the booking page.

    Hello,

    I mistakenly created a supplier payment group that should have been a direct payment group.  I created the direct payment group, but ppl are still booking the old link. How do I delete the supplier pay group?

    Hi,

    A traveler in my group bookings was entered twice in the group status page.  How do I remove one of the entries without cancelling her trip all together?

    I'm not sure this is the correct route for my question. My clients did not go on the trip, hence they cancelled and received a travel credit. Now they are no longer with the group yet traveling outside of the group. How do I pull them out of the group into their own trip?

    I have a supplier (Royal Caribbean) processing a refund for a cancelled booking in my group. How do i process the refund for this booking without touching the availble funds in the "Trip funds" for the group?

    Chinwe Umeh Thanks for your question here! Refunds on a virtual credit card are sent back to the virtual credit card, which in turn automatically go back to the Trip or Group Funds account. If you need some specific help here, please send us a message at hello@traveljoy.com and we'll be happy to take a closer look!
