Overview
When building a group booking page, it may be helpful to choose a list of tasks that will be added to every trip generated when clients book on that page. This can help with sending automated emails and forms to the client and reminders to yourself.
Step 1: Build your task list template
First, you'll want to build a task list template that contains all of the tasks you'd like to automatically import to your trips. You can learn how to build your task list template in this guide.
Step 2: Add your template to your group booking page
Once you've built the template, visit your group to create a new group booking page or edit an existing group booking page.
Click on the tab "3: Traveler Info" and then choose your template from the "Task list to import" dropdown list:
Once you've chosen your task list and completed the rest of the group booking page, click "Publish" in the top right-hand corner of the screen:
Every trip booked on this page after this change will automatically have this task list imported into the trip.

Where would we import a client list
Hi Deb Koesters! You can import your client list by going to Contacts, clicking "Add contact" and then selecting "Client import" from the dropdown menu. You can learn more about this process here: Import your client list
