Overview
If you have an email through Google, you can easily connect this account to TravelJoy to start sending messages from your business email.
💡 Note: TravelJoy allows you to send outgoing mail to your clients via your own custom domain, Microsoft (Office 365, Outlook, Hotmail, Live, etc.) accounts, and Google (Gmail or Google Workspace) accounts. You can also use our built-in sending service instead of connecting your email address. Learn why. |
To get started, visit Settings > Email.
From this page, you will see one of two options: "Set up custom domain" or "Sign in with Google":
In this example, we'll select "Sign In with Google".
Once selected, you'll be prompted to fill in the preferred display name and email address that your clients will see when receiving a message from you:
Next, you'll need to provide permission to TravelJoy to access your Gmail or Google Workspace email:
Once you've selected "Allow", you will be taken to your Google account login page. Follow the on-screen instructions by logging in with the same email address you've previously entered on the TravelJoy platform.
Once you've done so, you will receive a message that your outgoing email account has been successfully connected!
