Overview
Creating a Group Registration form allows multiple travelers to quickly and easily let you know exactly who they are and what they need, and the form is completely customizable.
Prepare your group registration form
TravelJoy provides a form template called the Group Booking Registration (default) template, which is specifically designed for this purpose. You can access it under Templates → Forms. This form can be fully customized to meet the needs of your group.

Send your group registration form
Once your form template is ready to be sent, follow these steps to share the form with your group's travelers:
- On the “All Travelers” tab for your group, click the blue “Create…” button in the top right-hand corner of the screen
- Select the option “Group Form” from the menu that appears:
- On the next page, you’ll be prompted to select the form template of your choice from a drop-down menu
- Once selected, click the blue "Next" button on the top right-hand side of the screen. Then, choose "Save & review email":
From here you’ll be prompted to customize your email and choose the option to “Send All…” or “Send individually…”:
